If a man rows a boat from only one side, no matter how hard or how long he works, he never succeeds in doing anything except going in a circle. He never realizes that it isn't his dedication or his strength but his method that is flawed. Until he puts both oars in the water, he is doomed to remain where he has always been: spinning aimlessly near the shores of discovery.
